BEWARE! Ruined my rug and refuse to admit it!

This company is really bad. My rug, which was just dusty - no stains, was ruined. It came back still dirty, and now looks like it has gone through a crinkle machine. It is hard, majorly crinkled up all the way down the middle, and some of the white threading is gone. On the back of the rug, I pointed out to the initial tech that the label says under no condition should it be cleaned with water, but only to use the "dry powder method". He told me they were the rug experts and knew how to clean all sorts of rugs. (At the end of the whole issue, I found out they did indeed use a wet-cleaning method, and that is why I believe the rug is now hard and all wrinkled and crinkled up!) I complained about the state of the rug, and they took the rug back to have it re-evaluated and "fixed". Supposedly, 3 managers evaluated the rug and decided they had done no damage to it. I was reassured that my check would not be cashed until the rug was redelivered and I was satisfied. Well, the check was cashed 3 days later! Customer service was bad too. Took probably 25 calls and 6 weeks to finally get Elizabeth, who told me she is the executive administrator for the CEO. She agreed to refund me the cleaning cost for the rug (Great! I have a semi-clean, ruined rug now!), but refuses to admit they damaged my rug, and refuses to reimburse me for it. She says they'll give me a $150 CREDIT to use with their company! Go figure! I wouldn't let them touch anything else of mine! BEWARE!
