Poor Customer Service
I was a member for several years and loved the classes. But when we moved away they were unreasonable about cancelling our membership even though it was written into our membership that we were planning on moving and gave very poor customer service. You would think they would be more helpful in the hopes that one might rejoin the gym in the future, but I guess since they aren't going to make any more money except that which they continue to withdrawal from your bank account even after you have asked to cancel, they don't care if you are a satisfied customer or not. Shame on them.
