Gold's Gym

Poor Customer Service

I was a member for several years and loved the classes. But when we moved away they were unreasonable about cancelling our membership even though it was written into our membership that we were planning on moving and gave very poor customer service. You would think they would be more helpful in the hopes that one might rejoin the gym in the future, but I guess since they aren't going to make any more money except that which they continue to withdrawal from your bank account even after you have asked to cancel, they don't care if you are a satisfied customer or not. Shame on them.

Air Control Heating and Air

Very kind

Dennis came to our home to look at the size of our air conditioning unit, as we were afraid it was too big for our small condo. He verified that it was indeed the correct size and then adjusted the fan speed as well as offered some other suggestions to create better air flow in our home. He didn't charge us anything and I am so grateful, because his adjustments have made a HUGE difference in our quality of life. Thank you!
