YAY! Customer Service is not Dead!
This company is wonderful beyond words. Let me tell you about my situation.
I just brought my elderly mother, who is sensitive to heat, home to live with me. Two days later, my AC quit. I placed an emergency service call to Airmaster. The tech who arrived (almost immediately) was courteous, kind, and professional. As gently as he could he let me know that, although I could choose to do otherwise, one of my better options was to purchase a new unit. There was absolutely NO pressure to do so, he just provided my options and waited patiently for me to decide. While I was making the decision, he put a great deal of freon back into my leaky system (though we didn't know how long it would last) WITHOUT CHARGE because he was worried about my mom being in the house without air. Wow.
One of the company owners showed up later IN THE SAME DAY. Again, no hard sell, no pushing of the most expensive unit, just information. Further, he was a nice guy! We all had great conversation long after I signed my name to the PO. He didn't close his books and rush out to do the next sale. That may not matter to some people, but it made a difference to me.
He made sure that the techs came out early THE NEXT DAY to install my unit and the zoning system I purchased. Further, he made an appointment with me to come out the day after the installation to check the work and show me how to use the new thermostats. There is SO much more to say but I have no room! I recommend them without reservation.
