Rick Wells is the Man!!!

Where do I begin to tell of such extraordinary customer service, patience and generosity!!! Rick Wells exceeded all of our expectations in each category! I found Simple Floors of Decatur in January after shopping around for flooring for 6 months and I am so glad I found Rick Wells/Simple Floors of Decatur. His patience with me in deciding on which floor was beyond gracious(it took me until April to decide!); his generous advice helped me to narrow what would work best for our lifestyle(3small children and two dogs!) and his follow-up after the installation to make sure we were satisfied is probably most important to me.
