Ackerman Security Systems

Poor Service and Loyalty

After being a 12 year customer I called twice a week over a month long period to get cameras added to my existing Ackerman system. No would ever return my call. I called to cancel. Over the phone I was told I was NOT under contract and there was no cancellation fee. 3 days after I called I got a letter stating I owed $141! REALLY? A 12 YEAR CUSTOMER IS TREATED LIKE THIS?
