Add me to the list of very happy customers. Professional, fast, polite and a nice young man to boot. After months, nay, years of fixing my balky old door every few months when some "other" ancient part busted, it finally hit the breaking point and so did I. Checked internet and then called these guys. Johnny answered and by the time I gave him my address he said he was already in the car and would see me in 20 minutes... 17 minutes later he and his brother were working on the door. Fixed, tightened, lubricated, and tweaked for under half an hour and it's done. Runs smoothly on its track for the first time in years! For the $75 it cost me I am thinking of having him out twice yearly to give a tune-up. It will save me tons of aggravation, barked knuckles, and the ever-present threat of taking a hand off if one of those old springs broke at the wrong time.
