I called Aquastar for an estimate. Marcos showed up, and gave me a very fair price. I then emaild to say I will try them. After a couple of emails they agreed to come the next day, in their words around 11:00 am. I agreed. The next day at 11:30 they had not shown up, so I called Marcos. He apoligized and said he would contact the crew.At 11:55 they showed up. I asked what happened, the man and woman replied, "No" you need to contact Marcos, I said I had already contacted him. The man then said in a very angry voice,"We'll leave". They left. I called Marcos, and he said they need a least an hour buffer. I said you should have told me that on the front end, and you should have called me to let me know they would be late. He said you are right. I can not recommend this company for poor communication and reliability. Aparently the man and woman cleaners were not aware of their appt time either. There are many individuals and small companies that will clean your home. Do not settle for poor performance and communication.All companies have success stories. Do not settle for poor communication in todays world.
