Installed Unusable Gates
I had about 300 ft of black chain-link fence installed by these guys and it looks great. However, I also had them hang two wood gates off 4x4 posts of my deck, latching onto brick walls, in order to close the back yard in. They constructed the gates on site, and the problem is that they are so heavy that the gates sag really bad, so much so that my wife canít even open them. We called them to explain our problem and after a couple of weeks they finally got back to us and said they were aware the gates would be too heavy and likely sag. They offered to sell us two lighter aluminum gates for another $500. I felt like this was pretty shady on their part. Why didnít they explain this to us before they build and installed the gates? Either they donít understand the product theyíre selling or they conduct unethical business practices. Either way, I have to say look elsewhere for fencing service.
I don't want to play the part of the unduely disgruntled customer here, but I really felt like we got a raw deal from Accurate Fence.
UPDATE: They called and came out the day after I posted this review (coincidence?) and I have to say they did a great job modifying the gates. I wish I could recall the guy's name that did the work. He was great.
