This is no way to run a business.

I went in for a chipped tooth (happened on April 18th). I ended up needing a root canal and a crown. That's fine. I went in network because they were the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for. They have rescheduled the appt to have my permanent crown three times SO FAR. I can't imagine a worse experience. The first reschedule was because my permanent crown was not in yet. The second time was because of a "medical" issue with the dentist. Each and every time, they have called me outside of their normal business hours. So when I return the calls, it goes to an answering machine. WHO DOES THAT??! This process has been so lengthy, it's absurd (3 months later and counting). Their dentist that does root canals is available every OTHER Wednesday. The dentist that does crowns is available EVERY OTHER Thursday. OH MY GOD. How do you expect to run a business this way? I can't wait to be done with these jokers. SERIOUSLY, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Mower Medic

Fantastic Customer Support

Saturday morning, my riding mower started losing power. White smoke was bellowing out of the exhaust. I called AA Power Equipment and they offered no aid. I left a message for Mower Medic. They called me back within an hour, I explained my issue, and he told me how to fix it. Free advice. Your issue come from here, and this is what you do to get it running today. Eventually this needs to be done/replaced. Great advice and it didn't cost me a dime. I will definitely use this company anytime and always going forward. Customer for life.
