This is no way to run a business.
I went in for a chipped tooth (happened on April 18th). I ended up needing a root canal and a crown. That's fine. I went in network because they were the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for. They have rescheduled the appt to have my permanent crown three times SO FAR. I can't imagine a worse experience.
The first reschedule was because my permanent crown was not in yet. The second time was because of a "medical" issue with the dentist.
Each and every time, they have called me outside of their normal business hours. So when I return the calls, it goes to an answering machine. WHO DOES THAT??!
This process has been so lengthy, it's absurd (3 months later and counting). Their dentist that does root canals is available every OTHER Wednesday. The dentist that does crowns is available EVERY OTHER Thursday. OH MY GOD. How do you expect to run a business this way? I can't wait to be done with these jokers. SERIOUSLY, this is absolutely unacceptable.
