Great job

I emailed Crystal and had a response within the day. We had a little hiccup with the person who comes out to give estimates and schedule service, but I contacted Crystal and it was taken care of immediately. She sent someone out the next day to install our gutters. They came on time, were fast, and cleaned up. Crystal made a follow up call and said if we have any issues to call back. I would highly recommend Swain Co.

Hardy Chevrolet-Pontiac-Buick Inc

False advertising

Below is the statement Hardy has on its service special page. Yet, they refused to honor a coupon from Carl Black Chevrolet today after I called and asked if they would honor the coupon and they said yes. The service department stated they could not find Mr.Hardy and the coupon we had directly from Carl Black wasn't a Chevrolet coupon, etc. Finally they said they could give us 10% off but wouldn't honor the whole coupon. This would be false advertising! Not trustworthy at all! Competitor's Coupon* Bring in a coupon from any of our competitors and we'll honor it. Must be a valid, current offer. One per customer. Present coupon at the time order is written. Not valid with other offers.

Breda Pest Management

RESOLVED-

We received a quote for termite treatment and signed the papers. The quote is based on gallons used per lineal footage. The men that came out to treat the house said there was a change in the lineal footage and changed it on the paperwork. I called to have our bill adjusted twice and received no return calls. I had to call a third time because no one adjusted the bill. Mitchell refused to credit our bill, which equates to approximately $120 because he said the servicemen should not have changed it. After hanging up on Mitchell, Matt called me back to apologize and very generously resolved the issue. This did demonstrate their commitment and dedication to good customer service. Thank you Matt!
