East Cobb Lawn Mower Service

Don't do this to yourself.

Took in two lawnmowers 3 weeks ago, told them I had a max to spend of 50 dollars and they could keep one of the mowers, they said we can work that out and took my lawnmowers in with a suggested turnover time of 4 days. I was dodged for a 1 & 1/2 weeks on any of status, my calls left un-returned. Finally I got a hold of someone, they told me the person i needed to talk to would be in tuesday (putting us into the 2 week mark) by this time my grass was overgrown, the county is on me about this (this is cobb) Once again we entered the phone call dodging cycle, so I went in... of course he wasn't there. I continue calling, a repair guy answers to tell me he's done over 100 dollars in parts and repairs. "I did not authorize that." I explained, at this point clearly frustrated. I explained the initial exchange of which he knew nothing about. When I finally got in touch with the first guy I talked to he told me he'd have to see if he could fix the other mower, "well what about what you've done to my craftsman I asked?" We'll strip down all the parts we put on it and put it back together with the old ones. (I'm sure it will be in real great shape now!) It has now been close to a month since I've seen my mowers. I've followed up 6 times now, including today, was told I'd get a call back in 5 minutes, i got a call an hour later. was told it would be over a hundred dollars + to get just one of my mowers back, no mention of credit for the other. Do not go here, one word, nightmare.
