Guardsman Warranty is the worst Ive ever seen

They sell you the furniture then sell you the warranty like you make a phone call and someone comes to fix it .. not so .. you have to call havertys customer service .. they transfer you to guardsman who then emails you a pdf form that you fill out then upload pics of damage then you must print out the form and MAIL IT can you believe MAIL it to a PO Box in Grand Rapids Michigan.. I called and asked for a fax or if I could upload it with the pics but no ... you must send it in the mail .. how unbelievable is that .. I suggest everyone forgo the warrasnty and tell them its a joke .. here is what you get Thank you for selecting Guardsman for your furniture protection needs. We value your business and look forward to working with you. You will be prompted to OPEN or SAVE a PDF file. OPEN the PDF and print it. Sign and mail the complete Service Request Form along with your Detailed Sales Receipt to start your service request. * If you need to make changes to the form after you have printed it, please hand write changes on the printed form before mailing to Guardsman. * The detailed sales receipt should include the following: Store Name & Address Customer Name & Address Purchase or Delivery Date Line Item details describing the furniture items purchased and price Line Item details showing the protection plan purchased and price

I agree a FLAKE .. no reply and no show

I scheduled an appt and he never showed. He never called. I had to track him down and then get contractors excuse #233 I lost my phone, and allllll your information was in that phone. YET he somehow was able to answer my email and still no call. He uses LivingSocial so if you have a problem call the customer service 866-395-2090 and have them file a merchant feedback report so they know hes unreliable.This will keep bad merchants out of the mainstream.

Avoid this Place go to hwy 9 location

Manager here is very abrasive and opinionated. He knows all and you are just dumb.Very negative towards other business and tells you they dont know what their doing .. only he knows whats best .. He a total jerk. High pressure sales .. poor attitude. Thats probably why the place was empty of custmers, while the hwy 9 location is very busy, and treats you like a customer.
