They did not follow through

I told them on the phone what was wrong with my dryer. They came unequipped, told me they would order a part and install the next day, not only did they NOT install the next day, they didn't even order the part until the next week. I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't even care at all at the service delivered. Found another company who solved the problem in one day.

Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had a sunshade installed on 4/10/12 by Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta. By the next month the chain to raise and lower the blinds had rusted then broke with the shade in the down position. I immediately called the company and the soonest they could come out with a new chain the replace it was TWO WEEKS. They could not even come out to raise the shade so I could use my patio. When they came out two weeks later they had ordered and brought the wrong chain!!! They said they would re-order a new chain and would be out ASAP. Now, a week later, I called and they said the new chain has not come in and they will 'check on it'. At the time of my original call I asked what was the experience of other customers who had outdoor shades. They replied they had never seen this happen before (a metal chain rust when installed on an outdoor shade that is in the weather). They said they would check with the manufacturer about what other product they could use and now a month later and two follow up calls to see what the 'new product' would be, they have no answer an 'will check on it again'. It is still unresolved, my shade is still in the down position and I am still waiting for a return call as to how and when this will be fixed. I had referred this company to a friend but have since called the friend and told them NOT to use this company. A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
