We purchased a couch It was a Bernhardt couch, special order. It started to molt feathers. It's constantly leaving feathers on the floor, in your clothes, everywhere. It's great when your guests get up from your couch and they have feathers stuck to their butts. I went to the store twice. I had gone in and spoken to a gal a year after we bought it and she said she would have Ariana call me. In the meantime, she instructed me to save the feathers. Guess what. No call. But I have a bag with a rather substantial collection of feathers. Why didn't I follow up? My mother was dying. My daily priority was nothing but being with her. After she passed away, and with no response, I went back up to the store and spoke face to face with Mark. He said not to worry they would take care of it. But to see if I could find my receipt. I sent him pictures of the molting couch and said I couldn't find the receipt but would keep looking. Guess what….. crickets…… LOUSEY LOUSEY LOUSEY customer service. They didn't stand behind the product and help to resolve the issue. Now it is out of the two year window to have anything done. I have more furniture to buy but because they couldn't care less about resolving my issue, I won't be getting it from them. I am making sure anyone and everyone I get an opportunity to tell, knows not to buy at Ariana's. STAY AWAY!!!!!
