STAY AWAY

We purchased a couch It was a Bernhardt couch, special order. It started to molt feathers. It's constantly leaving feathers on the floor, in your clothes, everywhere. It's great when your guests get up from your couch and they have feathers stuck to their butts. I went to the store twice. I had gone in and spoken to a gal a year after we bought it and she said she would have Ariana call me. In the meantime, she instructed me to save the feathers. Guess what. No call. But I have a bag with a rather substantial collection of feathers. Why didn't I follow up? My mother was dying. My daily priority was nothing but being with her. After she passed away, and with no response, I went back up to the store and spoke face to face with Mark. He said not to worry they would take care of it. But to see if I could find my receipt. I sent him pictures of the molting couch and said I couldn't find the receipt but would keep looking. Guess what….. crickets…… LOUSEY LOUSEY LOUSEY customer service. They didn't stand behind the product and help to resolve the issue. Now it is out of the two year window to have anything done. I have more furniture to buy but because they couldn't care less about resolving my issue, I won't be getting it from them. I am making sure anyone and everyone I get an opportunity to tell, knows not to buy at Ariana's. STAY AWAY!!!!!

A Fabulous Experience

We didn't spend a million dollars but they treated us as if we did. We worked with Teresa who made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. A true professional. She went far and above what we ever expected. Everything we were promised was done. The installers were amazing, our floors are beautiful! Going forward' they have our business. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Steve and Teresa.

You Won't Find Better

It's Easter Sunday, just got off the phone with Dr. Andy. I don't think there is a Vet that cares more about his patients and their owners than him. He is simply the best in town. I know with him, my pets will always have nothing but the best care. He's proven it time and time again. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with the care of fur babies. Thank you Dr Andy.

No Call. No Show -UPDATED WITH RESOLUTION

Waited around all day on a Saturday when they told me they would come deal with an infestation of black bugs that showed up in our bathroom. They told me that Jason would be coming between 1 - 3. Jason never showed up or called. We have done business with them for years. Too bad they thought so little of a long time customer. UPDATE I received several calls on the following Monday apologizing for the mix up. They have gone out of their way to apologize and make it right. Most importantly, they implemented new processes to provide after hour appointments the tech number so that the customers can reach someone. (That I believe will eliminate the possibility of this type of situation from ever happening again). They are making it right and in addition providing us some services at no charge. This is proactive customer service and has made all the difference in the world for me. We will remain a long term customer with NFPS. Jason is on his way right now to take care of the little buggers..
