Staff Lacks Customer Service Skills
I have been a patient of Dr. Woods for more than 10 years. While I think he is a good dentist, he does have a very high turnover in his staff, specifically those working in the front office. The current ones are lack the knowledge at getting claims submitted in a timely manner and have NO follow up skills. For some reason, it takes them weeks, if not months, to get a claim submitted electronically to the carrier. As a result, I am leaving Dr. Woods as it should not be my responsibility to continuously follow up with the staff just to get a dental claim submitted.
There are too many other well qualified dentists in Atlanta who hire competent staff and would certainly provide a far better level of customer service than Dr. Woods' staff.
