Julie got someone to save the day

Originally had problem but Julie acted fast and got someone out right at the last minute of my scheduled visit. I had scheduled a week in adavnce and someone called in sick and since I had an early scheduled treatment they were causing me to miss work and not treated as needed. But Julie rerouted someone and helped us get taken care of right at the last minute of their original schedule 2hour time range. Happy to report what was originally negative is now positive.

Friendly and honest plumbing

Had two quotes and best price as well as excellent service. Best in Forsyth Co. Randy made emergency water heater replacement and saved us money through efforts.

Water heater replacement 50% above competition

Called with request for water heater replacement and gave quote to person over phone as they said have a service call that must charge for coming out. Guy came out and would not even help turn off water to water heater and wanted 50% more than other plumber for lesser warranty water heater. When I stated this problem he refused to turn off water to water heater and I called their customer service. Because I had asked up front that is fee only going to be for quote and not at least help get water off then no bother. They said they would tell a manager of my discontent which I suppose they could have but would not require him to turn off water to water heater to minimize problem (in basement so he didn teven have to crawl under in case you were wondering). They basically acted like their quote for 1500 was so much better than other I should pay it or pay their 40 fee without even turning off water. This company was my first choice due to some of advertising but based on this experience they are not who I thought they were. Over priced offer, fee for quote but not cut off water (turn handle to make sure right way), and had said this would at least be done when I accepted responsiblity to have them come. Paid fee for nothing and feel they are deceptive in their ads and their services.

Primary "Not" Care Providers and Records Nightmare

We have tried to be compliant and use the insurance company's closest primary care provider, but this group in not worth saving the $2.54 per gallon of gas to stay in town. They made us go to emergency room for care after auto accident because they wouldn't even make call to see if primary insurance would pay to keep them from having problems about who pays (which later when I called the insurance said this group knew better and primary insurance would have paid). They make it difficult to obtain your personal records and are a bit snooty about why you want your own records. Just this week my wife went in with appointment which she had to fast for and they left her in waiting room for hour when they forgot about her as others went in before that arrived without appointment. They appear to have customer no service down to a science and thoroughly enjoy their patient's frustration and pain. I will not allow them to collect another monthly fee from my insurance as we will change PCPs and encourage others to look elsewhere for a group that have not structured their policies and care purposely to inflict additional pain on the patient. This group and others like it are reason why people want the government to get involved.
