This was my first service experience with Jim Ellis Audi. My Sale Associate, Early Pickett introduced me to Mike during my delivery day of my 2012 A6 3.0T quattro, so I remembered and went to Mike immediately when I pulled up to the service facility. Mike greeted me with professionalism. He reviewed my notes that were provided over the phone during my service appt call. We walked the vehicle and he had complete knowledge of what was required. He produced a level of confidence that Jim Ellis Audi will take care of all the needs required for this service. Mike called me during the time period that he estimated which was very helpful while planning my very busy schedule. The rental experience was excellent as well. Check in and out was extremely professional and efficient.
