I had a nice size dent left from a cart and I thought I had to get it fixed at a body shop until I reached out to Hayes. He provided a quote after I texted him a picture of the damage. I live & work beyond Hayes' area of service, but he gave me a discount for going to him. He couldn't guarantee that it would be 100% but he got really close. You wouldn't even know there was a dent there unless you were looking really hard and knew where to look. Thank you Hayes! Amazing Job!!

Customer No Service

I walked into this dealership 9/17/12 only to deal with a salesman and his manager that refused to give me a price. Then insisted to run a credit check and when I refused, they pretty much refused to be any of any assistance. How do a dealership refuse to give a price? Do they expect people to make a blind decision based on the manager's comment of "we are the largest Hyundai dealership in Georgia"? Then treat me like a bum off the street because I refused to have my credit checked? Is this the normal business practice to assume that the people that walk in have done no research and are not qualified buyers? Nonetheless, I left with no price of the vehicle I was interested in and irritated due to poor management. However, any other Hyundai dealership I called gave me an out the door price in writing through an email, no questions asked, no harassment, and no credit check required. Shame on you Rick Case for employing managers and their employees that treat people like fools.
