Decline in service
We had Fox Heating and Air as our AC/Heat technicians for several years and have just, with much careful thought, changed service providers due to lack of adequate performance focused around 2 main issues: 1. inability to properly install and maintain a split unit for our workshop; 2. unresponsiveness to calls requesting assistance and to schedule routine maintenance in accordance with our service agreement (and this includes missing maintenance calls and also misplacing our service agreement). The working relationship started well; we even had Fox install a new compressor for our house AC. Unfortunately, over the course of the last year and a half, Fox has not been able to get our split unit to work properly, missed one season of scheduled maintenance, did not adequately clean our compressor during the next maintenance cycle, and did not return calls requesting service. We finally called in another service company, received prompt response, had all systems properly maintained, and finally got our split unit properly running.
