Snippy&unhelpful,INDEED.watch out GROUPON clients.
Whoever answers the phone at 770-591-2707 is VERY unhelpful...not to mention delayed in responding to phone calls, inquiries and following up. Her ability to answer questions directly and effectively is apparently non existent. She couldn't care less if I reserved a class or not...and when I decided to cancel my reservation, (because she wouldn't allow 14 of us to come at once...but she said 10 was ok?) she couldn't have sounded any less concerned. GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE... don't think you're getting such a bargain... what I got was a bunch of attitude in a condescending manner, from what I could gather, because I was not a full price paying customer?? They have very limited 2-hour classes offered (which is what the Groupon is for)... only to get you in there and upgrade for 10 more bucks to attend the 3 hour class? One can only wonder... Greedy. Ungrateful.... SNIPPY AND UNHELPFUL as someone else put it. *I also read a review "Comments from the Management" or something like that... and it sounds EXACTLY like the sarcasm and attitude I received. Don't be fooled. For the record... I had a GREAT experience here, one year ago, with a GROUP of friends (ironic...)... The instructor was great. We had fun. Would love to have done it again...but like I said... the girl who answers the phone there turned me off. Will never go back there nor will my 13 friends who were planning on attending. Got a GROUPON REFUND...and will head over to Sips and Strokes for my b-day instead.
