Over Priced

I have been going to Ron since 2004. My wife and I both drive BMW’s. Just recently, my 2005 Z4 wouldn’t start. I dropped the car off at night and made a note on the drop off box “ please call before any repair is done and advise the problem”. Ron called me in the morning around 9 AM and said he will charge $175 for diagnostic why the car will not start. Ron calls me before noon same day and advised me the problem was my ignition switch and bill was $521.50. He never called me before the repair was done. I paid Ron the full price. The breakdown of the repair was $384.16 for labor (also included Clutch sensor installment) plus parts for $109.89 (I checked with a BMW dealership and the ignition switch is only $81) I asked Ron why the price of the parts was so high. Ron told me he gets his parts somewhere else and not a BMW dealership… Ron did not answer why… Long story short I always feel like I’m being over charged and this one did it for me. I’m done with Ron.

Great customer service and the dependability.

I’ve been a customer to Steve for over 15 years and I am very satisfied. Steve has great customer service and the dependability to get the job done and that’s why I keep going back. It’s hard to find business like this in these days. In fact, I had a radiator problem and had to be replaced and had to go out of town the next day, but Steve went the extra mile and had parts picked up the same day to have everything done. Now that’s great customer service. Thanks Steve!
