Horrible Experience!!

I can't speak for the entire practice, I can only speak for one doctor in particular, and that's Dr. Dorothy Mitchell-Leef. If you want to doctor that takes the time to really talk to you about your specific situation, she's not your doctor! She hands everything off to her staff, and they haven't a clue! The staff was cold an couldn't seem to care less! Anyone that's enduring fertility issues, knows that's it's very expensive, my advise is that you go somewhere that you will get the customized care that you deserve. I went to another practice, after two disappointing failed cycles with this place and the first cycle with GRS, that was actually customized to my specific needs, worked, and I'm almost 12 weeks! RBA was a waste of time and resources, but it's okay, it all worked in he end...with another practice!!!

I honestly don't even know where to begin. In May, after two disappointing failed IVF cycles with another practice, we were referred to Dr. MK by a friend, that also happens to be an OB/GYN (Dr.Keisa Godwin). From the moment we entered the office, we knew that the experience would be different. Dr MK was warm and inviting, and made us feel very comfortable. She spent almost a full hour just talking to us about the process, from start to finish. Even before starting the process the first time, we were well aware of the fact that nothing was guaranteed, all that we ever asked for is for a fair shot. The first practice was cold and was more focused on collecting EVERY dime upfront. They run that place like an assembly line, and the doctor nor the staff were friendly. GRS was the complete opposite. The entire staff was very friendly. and it was apparent to both my husband and I that they really cared. I could go on and on, but the short of it is that our first cycle with Dr. MK was successful and we're now 11 weeks pregnant with twins! She customized a protocol to meet my specific needs and it worked!! I have been released to my OB/GYN, but the relationships that we have built with Dr.MK and her staff, will be long lasting. Anyone that is currently dealing with fertility issues, understands that it can be very emotionally draining experience, and having a doctor and staff that really cares, makes all the difference!! Thanks Dr MK and GRS!!! We are forever grateful!!!
