I have been a NBM patient for over 10 YEARS at the Roswell location and just recently switched to the Marietta location once I married and moved. I have NEVER had such an awful experience in my LIFE! The office staff here at NBM are discourteous and do not want to give you the time of day. The billing director, Sheila is a RUDE and SNOTTY woman who cuts you off in mid sentence and DOES NOT DO HER JOB! I had to do HER JOB to call my insurance company to get information for her. I took time out of my day to call her and follow up about it and when I go to my appointment I find that she NEVER WROTE DOWN. REALLY?!? When I questioned her about it she then spoke in a loud ill-mannered tone to me infront of other waiting patients. She accused me of never calling because her "notes didn't reflect it". SHE DIDN'T TAKE ANY NOTES, OBVIOUSLY! AND I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS HER BECAUSE I WROTE HER NAME DOWN AND REMEMBER HOW RUDE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE!!! I have never had to contact my insurance company for any reason at any doctors office. THAT'S ALWAYS BEEN THEIR JOB!
