I ordered a chair 2 months ago from coolchairz.com. It never arrived. I followed up via email and my delivery date on the webpage went from 4-7 days (where it had been for a couple of weeks) to 4-6 weeks. It turns out the chair was out of stock, but there was ZERO communication about this. The owner did call me and then agreed to refund my money after I sent the email. However, after waiting a week, the refund never went through my credit card. I had to initiate contact with them again, in order to get a refund for the product they never sent. They tried to run the credit but had lost my cc #. Again, no contact to let me know this had happened or to ask for the number.
It's been 2 months and no chair and no refund - just a big headache and waste of time having to follow up with them to get them to do what they *should* do as part of basic competence in sales. I hope the refund is coming, as I just got off the phone with them again, but I would have really preferred the chair.
