Got the job done!
I cannot personally speak about their fees, because I am a tenant where their services were acquired. A leak sprung from a bathtub on the second floor of our rental 'after property management hours', Charles was dispatched and came promptly to 'verify' a leak had occurred and ensured no additional water/damage would occur until a secondary plumber could come out (on behalf of the homeowners insurance).. The following day, the second plumber came out and diagnosed the valve needed to be replaced which he could not do since the insurance did not cover this. DAY THREE: Charles from Rooter Plus returned, ignorant because the property management company did not fill out his work order properly. Charles went above & beyond by calling the management company's after hours line and to obtain direct authorization to fix the valve and the drain directly from the homeowner. Sadly, Charles did not have the valve on his truck and would need to come back. Before leaving he said he had a 6 hour job to complete the next morning and would be over immediately after. DAY FOUR! (Not gonna lie, I was agrivated AND STINKY, and felt like a prisioner, waiting on contractors} Apparently there was a miscommunication of some kind because Charles didn't show up until after 5:00pm... He got the tub fixed and did a GREAT job! He was very nice, even when I was grouchy, had a great attitude. I can't thank him enough!
