Integrity is their strong suit
My problem had to do with a sick furnace. It had stopped heating at a time when the temperatures were beginning to dip into the cold range. I called and set up an appointment; hoping for the best. Their response from the first phone reply to the actual service was professional and positive. I have dealt with a variety of service oriented companies over a span of many years and have never had an experience this positive and satisfying. Beginning with the personnel in the office, to the service tech who came to my home, I felt confident and assured the job would be done competently and correctly.
