Don't waste your time or money

I bought a Travelzoo coupon for a mani pedi. Got the treatment including a "gel/shellac" manicure (an extra $15). 4 days later one of my nails has chipped and I called Ebony Brown, the technician who did my manicure, and asked if I could come by on my lunch hour and get it fixed. She told me she was booked up and didn't have time for me today and then she says "I have to ask .. what have you been doing with your nails?" Not only was I not given a courteous offer to repair my nail I was being blamed for chipping it. Customer service rating on this place on a 1 t 10 basis is -10 below 1.
