Jayson installed motorized blinds that started going up and down on their own shortly after he installed them. Jayson's attitude went from "I'm an owner who stands behind his product" before we purchased the blinds to "I'm a repairman who charges $125/visit" after the blinds were installed. Last week I challenged a $125 charge to replace a motor because the tenants told me the blinds were still acting up; Jayson's response was to tell me to find another vendor. Unfortunately, other vendors don't want to do warranty work on blinds they didn't install. Now I'm left with blinds that go up and down on their own and no one to service them. I regret that I trusted and believed in Jayson. The experience has been a nightmare!
