Make Sure You Understand What They Plan to Provide
Ended up purchasing the sniffer tool to find leak myself. Atlanta Gas provided all I really needed. I ended up paying $339.00 and would have paid more if I had followed the recoemmendations they provided. The odd part was that I was referred to another company to do what I hired them to do after my money was taken. I strongly suggest that if you have a gas leak that you look around. I also suggest that you confirm with the actual person on site that they are aware of what was agreed to. I assumed that this would be understood, but you know what they say about those that "assume".
Customer service rep (Tim) basically told me that they have "5 to 6" appointments per tech per day as to say that they really don't have time to spend at each customer until they find the problem. I found that odd and a clear indication that it is more about revenue than actual customer service. Buyer beware.
