Maintenance plan customer not feeling very special

I am not certain the maintenance plan is delivering the value. I have had to call for apps and do not seem to get priority scheduling. The technician who provided my cooling service broke my ladder. Nothing has been done to address this. .????
There have also been more than one occasion where return visits were needed.
The office staff is very friendly and prompt in returning calls and the technicians are consistently pleasant and friendly.
I'm not ready to make a change because they do respond when an issue is brought to their attention. Still evaluating!
