amazing massage!

i have been seeing paul for years and every massage is wonderful. i am long distance runner and his skill has kept me injury free. his schedule is flexible and rates are excellent. i literally know that i am "in good hands" with paul!

excellent pet sitting

i have had a wonderful experience with frogs to dogs. i especially love our pet sitter, carmen. she is very patient and thorough with my neurotic cats. i know they are in good hands with her when i am out of town.
