We are very satisfied with Jay and his team. Jay is old school, meaning he prefers phone or face-to-face communication. Given the investment we made in transforming our residential gardens, it's important to have that personal communication. He reconfirmed all key meetings and honored all of his commitments. We appreciate how he took an existing design and improved on it. With his solid crew they executed very well and on time.
