Dunning me after I cancelled the service
Less than 30 days after I paid on the last bill sent to me I received a letter from the "legal" called a Notice of Pending Action. I had paid everything they had ever billed me for. If there was some kind of mistake (and I don't believe there was) They could have called me. I guess they wan't me upset so I will NEVER consider using their services again. In my experience REASONABLE businesses contact their customers prior to send them to collections. I would advise all who want to deal with a REASONABLE business to look elsewhere.
