questionable
I was promised such an outstanding job would be done, Lee was at my house all day, got home and carpet still had some of the same stains he promised he could and would remove/repair. He is a fast talker and over priced. Even made me question his integrity, tried to subtract what he failed to do from initial signed contract, wrote up a new one and promised to return next day at no charge, I didn't fall for that one. I really thought I would like the work, I did like the stretching, but his questionable behaviors and fast talking made me not want to use this company again. For example, told me he couldn't correct issues b/c carpet was still wet. When I refused to pay until corrected, he attempted to start corrections and told me he just said that b/c he had another appt. It was not as good as he promised when he did the estimate. Also, check his addition, he does that fast too!

I appreciate the quick response when called, however, was disappointed when the tech agreed to return and bring me a remote, but did not return nor never called again. I also payed the 1st 3 months in advance, was told would not receive a bill for the next 2 months. I got a bill one month laer. Called to question and got the run around.

Response to Mr. Jape
Mr. Jape, I appreciate your sensitivity in responding to my review. I actually did ask to communicate with you and was conveniently told to leave a message, which I did, with no response from you. I am in no way implying your technicians were not truthful, only that each one had a different reason and correlating part for the problem. This seemed a bit odd and suspicious for a team. In the end, I was charged more than your stated $109, I was charged $484 total. $399 was for a part you are now saying was not the problem. That's suspicious too. The problem you identified in your response was never mentioned to me, only that I had a bad zone board. Yes, your company is committed to returning to fix the problem-- again reliable in that sense.
Otherwise, I would have expected you to take some responsibility for the lack of communication from one tech to the other about what each person diagnosed. I had to take numerous days off work to accommodate the numerous visits. The only problem I was having was lack of heat, which was evident each time each tech was here, not sure what problem needed to be duplicated while they were here.
Again, your response demonstrates your sensitivity to customers.
