Email discount not honored by local franchises
Recently received multiple emails offering a $29 discount. Confirmed the discount w/the scheduler. When the guys arrived at my house, I was told the local franchise didn't honor email discounts. When I complained to the company I got a generic corporate response blaming the scheduler. They should have honored their discount with a refund to me and they should also put a clear disclaimer in email offers warning the consumer that the discount may not be honored locally.
