NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

When calling to get a general estimate and answering all of the questions the person had regarding the type of lock, commercial/residential, etc. we were told there was a $25 service charge, based on the type of lock we had, it would be $49 totaling $74. Once arriving, he said that he would have use something to compress the door and use a screwdriver to force his way in and that would leave some damage to the door, or he could saw the door knob off, or something else that involved drilling into the ceiling??? I explained to him that I did not want him to do anything to damage any part of the property, he said he would try another method. He went back to his van and got some little machine and opened it right up. Then gave us a bill for $198. After questioning the the amount, he said it was because he opened my door without damaging anything and had to use a "special" machine in order to do so (aren't you suppose to open my door without damaging my property???) Then he even said that he told us the price before he did it, which he clearly never did! after speaking to a manager, all they did was appologize for the the two people giving me the same quote when calling before scheduling them to come out, and that "we needed to meet in the middle here". I was finally able to get them down to $100. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!
