Great Service, though expensive

Very polite and professional company. I was disappointed that they were unable to give me an idea of the cost of the service I needed. Had they told me the normal "call charge" I would have shopped around as I felt it was more expensive that it should have been. They fixed the main problem I had, but I chose not to use them to fix other issues I was having as I felt it was overpriced.
