Earned my business

My husband and I combed the local security system businesses until we were blue in the face. Until I discovered EMC, I assumed everyone made you sign a contract. EMC does not require a contract which I really liked. I think that's a risky move for a business, but it shows confidence in their product. Why would we ever need to leave them? They have great reviews, the man who came out to my home showed us some cost effective ways to stay secure without spending an arm and a leg, he was professional (and even wore slippers over his shoes to protect our carpet), and the monthly cost is affordable. We had a few questions that we forgot to ask him while he was here so we called the company and we were put on the line with another technician who answered our silly questions!! I tripped the alarm one day on accident and they called immediately after to check on me. I'm happy that I purchased the key fob. I'm one of those who is in and out of the house 5 times in the morning because I forgot my coffee or my paperwork. I couldn't imagine how late I would be to work if I had to manually disarm and arm the system each time I entered/left my home!!! Five star company!
