Honesty & Integrity
We use them regularly for oil changes and basic maintenance, but we haven't really had any major issues.
Our Acura MDX which had issues starting and seemed to be draining the battery. We first went to Express Oil Change and had them test the battery and alternator -- both tested just fine, though battery was low so they charged it for free.
A month later we were still having the same problem, so we went back and explained the situation to them. They ran a full electrical diagnostic test and needed time so they drove me home to wait (very nice!). At close of business they had identified where it was, but couldn't figure out the source of the problem. They charged me for one hour of diagnostic time and scheduled time for the following week to review.
The following week we returned and got the same guy so avoided having to explain the situation again. After another hour of diagnostics, he determined they didn't have the right equipment with the appropriate level of sensitivity, so recommended we take it to the dealer as they do. They didn't charge for this additional time since they weren't able to progress any further than the first visit.
How refreshing to work with a company so honest and with great integrity! We will continue to use them.
