Nothing But Aggravation
We've been a customer for two years. If we weren't moving, we would cancel today, but don't want to go thru the hassle of getting another alarm company for 2 months. My impression is that this company is under-funded and has inadequate resources to deal with its customers. Calling the 888 number with a problem, I'm left on hold on hold on hold to be told no techs are available for days to fix the problem. I expect sooner or later someone will have a real crisis, they won't respond and then they'll be sued for millions and put out of business. I think they'll richly deserve it.
