At least try to keep me as a customer.....

I got their service last year when I moved to Atlanta only to find out that when you move you need to pay to have the box taken out a whopping $75 per hour. They didnt know how long it could take. Same thing with moving into the new place to change the unit thats in there an use my equipment I paid almost $200 for. The rep says $75 an hour. I ended up up just taking it down myself. I have recommended this company to family and friends who are planning on getting their service but I am ready to tell them not to. How are you going to charge me $75 per hour and not know how long it will take to replace a panel and wall unit. So if it takes 3 hours because he/she is slow then i am down $225. Not only that, they cant or wont bill me. I have to pay for it on the spot. ADT did it free of charge as a courtesy to keep me as a customer back in FL. If the management wants to keep me as a customer, email me at dan@konektgroup.net. I'll change the rating if you help me out as a loyal customer. I need an alarm at the new place and ready to look at alternatives.
