Al got rude with me for calling for a 3rd time within 4 days to ask questions about a quote. Totally TURNED OFF and WILL NOT work with! Would rather pay DOUBLE at a NICER dealership!
If you are a legitimate businessman and desire clients and money, then don't make the customer feel as if you are annoyed with their inquiries. It is only natural to get all of the information before forking over your hard-earned money! If you get annoyed with answering the phone, then provide an email as an alternative or just go out of business. I will not be patronizing this business, and will be happy to find another locksmith further away or pay crazy dealership prices to get EXCELLENT customer service!
