Reliable Sanitation

Great Company

Have used this company for over four years. The service is great and the guys on the truck are excellent. If they drop trash, they will chase after it to ensure no trash is left on the ground. The only con about this company is their web presence. I would highly recommend a website and online bill pay. I have thought about quitting due to having to call in and leave my credit card number with someone. I am a tech geek and work in IT and pay every bill I can online. In addition, newsletters or emails would be nice to remind customers of holiday pickup schedules.

Not one of my better experiences

I worked with Brandon Davis on obtaining a refi. I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. To sum it up, it took about 5 months to close; however, I wouldn't put the entire fault on AMAC. Originally, the loan was to close with Quicken loans in 30 days, well that didnít happen. After being jerked around for more and more paper work on daily request, and being hammered about a previous business that was no longer active and previous employer of which I no longer worked. I submitted document after document to the point where I was going to move on to another loan company but I didnít feel like starting over. Finally, Brandon informed me that they can get the deal done with 5th Third, who by the way are horrible!! The deal was eventually done about 45 days later. Overall, I think the communication could have been better and I would have like to be presented with accurate information about the potential mortgage company. I asked the loan office, Brandon, about 5th third and of course he states they are great. In addition, I asked a specific question about whether or not 5th Third has online mortgage payment and again, of course he says yes. Iím angrier with myself for not doing my own research, but when you have an agent or mortgage company, you would assume that would be completely honest and if not knowing certain answers, they would seek accurate information before telling their client anything to get a commission.
