Great Customer Service which I appreciate!
Just bought a brand new 60" 3D TV LG and everything was fine when we hooked it up and got the wireless for the smart TV hooked up. But then it wanted to do an update and when I said yes, that is when the problem began. I could not get my wireless to pick up anymore. I called them because LG referred them to me and I spoke to Nancy who told me that the updates can sometimes be corrupt. They were going to order me a new motherboard. She suggested one thing that I try and that was to unplug and hold the power button for 20 seconds and plug back in (she was out the door for her birthday and still took the time to talk to me.) and guess what that worked and now I don't have to have them come at all! I work in the customer service world and I love when someone cares about their customers like I do. Nancy Happy Birthday and Great Job!
