We recently contracted with Prime Painters to paint the exterior of one of our rental properties. They were professional from beginning to end. They did a wonderful job, and did a great job with cleanup afterwards.

They do it right!

I had three different companies come out to bid on doing a termite treatment for my home. One of them seemed to be good, but they were very high. The other company that came out was more reasonably priced, but I didn't feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing when they were explaining things to me. Some of the stuff they were saying just didn't make sense. The last company I had bid was Proactive. I felt the best with them overall. They were very professional from start to finish and made me feel comfortable in their abilities and the treatment.
