I have had one bad experience after another at this dentist. My first appointment with Dr. Grady, I arrived and was informed he was not in and that someone else would provide service. I had been referred to Dr. Grady and my appointment was with him, not another dentist. Anyway, the tech was very nice so I proceeded. Then when I finally did see Dr. Grady on my next visit, he literally was with me for only 3 minutes. My final frustration was trying to take my daughter there. I called to say we were running a little late and they said they have a 10 minute rule. We arrived 13 minutes late and I was told she could only get x-rays and that they have no other appointments this year! When I said I will cancel my future appointments for me and my family the receptionist could have cared less. So considering we were going to need extensive and expensive dental care for our whole family I have decided to go with a dentist that actually has some customer service.
