clarify 'diagnostic fee' policy
I caution first time callers to clarify Reliable's fee policy as we were told: 1)it would be applied if they did the work; 2) the serviceman said it would not apply because the problem was different from what I reported (leaky toilet vs leaky pipe); 3) I denied the repair so it wouldn't apply. I did deny the repair because they wouldn't net the fee so decided to replace the toilet. However, we didn't use them. We bought a toilet on Amazon, watched a Youtube video and did the work ourselves. I've never before had a company not apply their service fee to their work.
