Poor Customer service

I ordered an item which took 2 weeks to leave the warehouse. No one notified me that it would take this long. When I contacted customer service, "Ricky," was unable to help because he claimed the the item shipped four days after it was ordered and the policy was that they are not responsible for it. UPS showed it was two weeks until it shipped. Ricky was unable to help and I needed the product sooner. I will never use again.
