Quality Air ATL

If 0 stars was an option, they would definitely get 0 stars. I took off today for a 4-6:00 appointment for a vent cleaning that I had to schedule 3 months in advance because they are so busy and the guy didnt show up, called from a restricted # at 5:59 and didnt leave a msg. I called the company back within a minute, was on hold for 5, and the morons told me he was on his way home. at 6:10 he was in Spring City. which is over a half hour hour from our house, so how exactly was he going to be here when he called at 5:59??? Just like the review below, I was told they called and our phone doesnt accept calls from blocked #s, which is a complete lie. I have a baby due in 3 weeks, and they have now offered to reschedule for August. If I hadnt already paid for the deal, I would be done with them in a second!! Worst customer service ever, even when I first called to schedule the appointment, so I had a feeling that the guy was never going to show up today.
