Reising Orthodontics

He's Great, Accounting Staff ISN'T!

Dr. Reising is an amazing orthodontist. He place lingual braces on my bottom teeth and the outcome is outstanding. My MAJOR DISSATISFACTION IS WITH THE INEPT HANDLING OF MY ACCOUNT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY BY THE OFFICE STAFF. Due to their inconsistent communication with and continued ignoring of multiple requests for updated paperwork from the insurance company representatives to process the final claim for payment, the claim was declined. This would have all been avoided had the office staff (Shannon) had sent in a copy of the contract with the CORRECT length of treatment period, which they had been asked to send during each call made to the insurance company. Inefficient and poor handling of insurance claim.

Reising EXCELLENT! Staff POOR!

Dr. Reising is an amazing orthodontist. He place lingual braces on my bottom teeth and the outcome is outstanding. Dr. Reising is always concerned about his patients, kind very responsive if there is a problem and will do whatever it takes to get the problem fixed...with the exception of this insurance company debacle! The Dr impressed me so much that several years AFTER my initial consultation, and having moved out of state, I still chose to travel back to Atlanta for his services, with which I am very satisfied. My MAJOR DISSATISFACTION  IS WITH THE INEPT HANDLING OF MY ACCOUNT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY BY THE OFFICE STAFF. Due to their inconsistent communication with and continued ignoring of multiple requests for updated paperwork from the insurance company representatives to process the final claim for payment, the claim was denied. This would have all been avoided had the office staff (Shannon) had sent in a copy of the contract with the CORRECT length of treatment period, which they had been asked to send during each call made to the insurance company. The office staff placed the blame on the insurance company which I believed until I spoke to the insurance company myself. I have tried for months to get this taken care of with no assistance from the staff to get this resolved. Their solution was to blame the insurance company and send my account to collections.
